Our Mission
Cafe The Lodge is a program of Resources for Human Development (RHD), a national human services nonprofit. We are a working café that provides transitional employment and vocational training to adults living with mental illness.
Located in the heart of Bethlehem, PA, Cafe The Lodge serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, offering a warm and welcoming environment for our community.
Every meal you purchase directly supports our mission — helping people with mental illness lead fulfilling, independent lives.

Creative Expression
Artists in Recovery
Cafe The Lodge proudly showcases original artwork created by our Artists in Recovery program participants. With over 46 paintings on display, our café walls tell stories of healing, hope, and creative expression.
Artists in our program work with professional mentors to develop their craft and share their unique perspectives with the community. Artwork is available for purchase, with proceeds supporting the artists directly.
